In fact I was back on the 19/Mar/2015
walked around Sham Shui Po & 鴨寮街 and noticed the pricing really got inflated
especially the used CDs, particularly made in Japan and not to mention, the used Records
my trip for 5 nights cost me $1300 but my 2 trips to the record shop chock up around $1000
believe it or not. thanks for the "people" up there with great buying power that somehow contributed to the inflated pricing
still, we want it or it could be cost more in time to come
