Epos ES14 & Cambridge Audio A4

weeks ago went to view this legendary speakers

around $360 includes the matching open frames

this is the teakwood and bi-wire version

consider one of the most sought after enclosure beside the rosewood

cant remember which side but one side the outer rubber has been re-glued

overall aesthetic 7/10. minor peel off here and there 

the open frames also some rusty parts especially at the joints

so as i give it a missed

but come think of it now. it is quite worthy

beside the speakers. there is another gem

the awesome Cambridge Audio A4.

look at the toroidal power supply, the heat sink, the capacitors and all the parts, aren't they lovely?

however, the optional phono board is not included

the seller quoted $260. anyone interested for this UK made 40w integrated amp?

Classic Epos ES14

Finally, I am the 2nd proud owner of this lovely classic pair of EPOS ES14

bought this pair of speakers from the first owner for like 4-5months

very very well take care for

i only did a prelim test and it was put on the floor and wait for his turn to be "hocked" up

the drivers are almost, or i would say, perfect condition

the rubber form has no sign of cracking, some rusty with the allen-screws  which is absolutely norm in our humid weather

one side of the velco has gave way so i use blue-tag to hold on to the cover

no big deal at all

am not sure should there be label or such but the serial number of this unit 16080 is definitely auspicious
