Housekeeping and found this Thorens Super Groove Master
Made in England
it comes with the arm and the roller , the holder wand and a spare brush
this gadget is easily 30+ yrs old but the original wrapper still nicely intact
the installation instructions are printed at the back of the cover
this Groove Master basically is to allow cleaning on-the-fly
the arm will move along with the tonearm and cleans the groove before the stylus run on it
something thoughtful in the old days before the cleaning machine is being invented
i do have one of such and sold with the Lenco. ref here for the pics.
